Welcome to Chelmsford BCSS

Welcome to the Chelmsford branch of the BCSS.

We normally meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month, although there are some regular exceptions to this routine. In August we have a BBQ at one of our member's homes and in December we have a festive meal, usually at a nearby pub. Meetings are from 8p.m. – 10p.m., although we usually arrive from 7.30 pm for a chat.

We are a small and friendly branch and new members are always very welcome. We have a small charge for each meeting (currently £3.00) to cover the cost of hiring the room etc, but this is waived for your first attendance.

Most meetings consist of a talk illustrated with images and/or plants, and we usually have a raffle, plant sales and a small display. See our meetings page for full details
