We are a friendly Branch of the British Cactus and Succulent Society which normally meets on the third Thursday of each month.

Most meetings consist of a talk, illustrated with images and/or plants, and we usually have a small display and plant sales. Our programme also includes discussions and practical evenings. There is always an opportunity to chat about your plants and to ask for advice.

In addition to our regular meetings we very much enjoy participating in events at near-by RHS Hyde Hall, where we have staged a number of displays and plant sales events, in particular at the annual August Flower Show.

New members are always very welcome. We have a small charge for each meeting (currently £4.00) to cover the cost of hiring the room etc, but this is waived for your first attendance. Annual membership of the Branch is £40.
